We drive up into the highlands to a village of thatched bure houses, where our guide grew up. You will be welcomed properly with a sevusevu, shown how the houses are built and the roofs re-thatched, and invited to sit down for a bowl of kava before the drive back down.

What do you need?

Before you book

Questions we get asked

Where do we meet you at the airport?

In the arrivals hall, past customs, with your name on a board. We send your driver's name and phone number the day before, so you know who you are looking for.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing, as far as you are concerned. We track the flight number you give us and move the pickup to match. There is no waiting charge for a late arrival.

How far do you go?

Anywhere in the west: Nadi, Denarau, Vuda, Lautoka, the Sabeto valley and along the Coral Coast to Sigatoka and Natadola. Ask us about anything further and we will quote it.

How many people fit in the van?

Six guests with luggage, comfortably. Bigger groups are fine, we just send a second van and driver.

Do I pay when I book?

No. Send the request, we reply with the price in Fijian dollars and confirm the time. Payment is settled with your driver or by bank transfer before the trip.

Can you plan a day around what we like?

That is most of what we do. Tell us who is travelling, what you are curious about and when you need to be back, and we will put a day together and price it.
